Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens! One reschedule is allowed at no charge. After the second reschedule of the same appointment, any additional reschedules will be treated as a late cancellation and charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you have not arrived, called, or texted within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.
These policies are in place because appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations, excessive rescheduling, and no-shows take up time that could have been offered to another client.
